Garlic & Cilantro (Optional)
Directions: Pour ½ a cup (or more depending on how much you want to make) of Balsamic Vinegar into a mixing bowl.Add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard (or another mustard of your choice).Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Adjust to your liking. You may also use other spices or seasonings if you wish.(Optional) Add chopped garlic and cilantro.Mix together thoroughly and enjoy! Refrigerate your dressing and marinade to have some ready to go throughout the week.
