Also, keep in mind these tips to help you achieve maximum success on the Smart for Life™ Program:

DO
  • Eat six Cookie squares each day (or the equivalent in soups and shakes)
  • Eat your Cookie squares one at a time and with an 8 ounce glass of water
  • Eat the specifically prescribed dinner of one 6 ounce protein portion and two servings of vegetables
  • Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of fluid each day
DON’T
  • Eat beef or pork

  • Eat oily fish such as pompano, mackerel, sea bass or salmon
